“I was fortunate to have been a part of the Clinical Fellowship programme at a pivotal point in my career. All of my educational and development needs were easily met within this programme. It provided me not only with excellent clinical experience, but also ample teaching, research, QI, leadership and management experience. I also had the amazing opportunity to complete MSc in Clinical Medicine from the University of Wolverhampton. Subsequently, I was able to secure a higher training position in a very competitive speciality and deanery – which would certainly not have been possible without my time in the Fellowship programme.“
