The Nursing Clinical Fellowship Programme is an award-winning programme that provides opportunities for nursing staff to join a structured training programme in a range of clinical specialties, through secondary and primary care.

Successful candidates are provided with the opportunity to gain a broad range of experience, working within one of the leading acute and community teaching Trusts in the region, or with one of the Trusts local NHS Partner Organisations. The Programme is suitable for UK and International applicants seeking clinical experience, a high-quality training programme, enhanced qualifications, and career progression.

Who can apply

As a Staff Nurse you will play a key role in the delivery of evidence based patient-centred care, which is of a high standard. We have fantastic opportunities across our many and varied specialities including Medicine; Surgery; Trauma/ Orthopaedics; Critical care or Theatres.

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Hold a nursing degree or diploma
  • 2 years recent clinical experience
  • Ability to work flexibly
  • Team player
  • Have a passion for delivering high quality care.
